Recycled Crochet Mat

My Mom is a avid 'Crochet Fan'! She just needs a Crochet needle and...voila...she's made aomething! I had learnt the 'Art' of Crochet in school, but I never really liked it so much :p

Well, anyways, My mom made a beautiful crochet mat out of...Guess wat?... Rubbish!! I swear!! Let me explain!! We just got our Water Purifier cleaned by the maintenance guys and they replaced the 'Initial cotton filter tube' with a new one. My mom, just out of curiosity, opened the old tube, unwound the yards and yards of cotton twine from the tube and crocheted it into a mat!! Now thats what I call recycling!!  Isn't that Amazing!! My Mom got to fulfill her passion of crochet yet again, and my little kitten Shaggy just got a cotton mat to scratch! :p
